Nonverbal time is definitely an in, next to tech-light solo dates (coffee & journaling, museum visit, …) and intentional creative moments. Out are internalised toxic expectations, saying yes when I want to say no, screen time before 9am and past 9pm.
📣 NO SCREEN TIME BEFORE 9AM AND PAST 9PM! def a huge intention of mine is to stop starting and ending my day with my phone 🥲 such a horrible habit and i found that i feel so much more energized and less reactive when i stay off my phone first thing. love your ins and outs!
Same! I really want to quit the unconscious habit of just grabbing my phone. I want to turn it into something intentional: grabbing a book or my journal.
heavy on the nonverbal time and journaling! my favourite time of day is when i get to sit on my bed in the evening and play my favourite music - my out is waking up late, i’ve been going to bed earlier, and it makes me realise how much i stay up on my phone at night, when it doesn’t even benefit me at all.

Nonverbal time is so in, if possible I try to get about two hours of it in the morning and then a soft classical music playlist to journal with. — I do most of my reading throught the day as I am a translator so my screen time is insane (I work most of the time from my phone) and it makes me a bit mad that I still feel so disconnected from everybody (I do try not to stress about it).

As another Leo, I feel that 😭 but also allll of this - ins and outs. I am trying Joy Journaling this spring but it has been hard! I think my own list of ins and outs will help because I’m so stuck between my strong feelings/thoughts and what I think I want to try but haven’t applied myself to yet. when you sit down and realize what is going good for you and what’s harming you in your life, the jaw rlly does hit the floor. Self reflection is so key for growth, it really does require the critical thinking and being uncomfortable to get out of your mind and comfortable thoughts to not be “stuck” anymore.
warm foods for breakfast, house/techno music while getting ready, brunch with my girls, getting into more feminism focused books, night time routine at 9pm, face-masks on weekends
outs:
worrying too much about the future, being lazy and putting things off, spending hours on Roblox, scrolling on TikTok, doing things last minute
